The picturesque Hel Peninsula, full of attractions, is home to the popular tourist town of Hel. Here, directly adjacent to the port, in the first line of buildings from the water, where the Baltic Sea meets the Gulf of Gdańsk, the Marina Hel Apartments development is underway. This luxury resort complex features apartments offering unique, unobstructed views of the water. Construction will begin this year. This is the latest project by Euro Styl on the Hel Peninsula, following the successful Wydma&Las development, aimed at the most discerning clients.
“The tourism industry in Poland is thriving. The Hel Peninsula has immense potential, and the town of Hel itself is a unique place, marking the beginning of Poland. The plot we secured is in the first line of buildings from the sea, right by the marina and the main promenade. It’s a perfect spot for creating a beautifully designed, luxurious complex. Marina Hel Apartments continues our successful ventures on the Hel Peninsula, following the Wydma&Las project we built in Jastarnia, near Jurata,” says Mikołaj Konopka, CEO of Euro Styl and board member of Dom Development S.A.
The complex will feature three buildings, each 4-5 stories high, with a total of 237 comfortable, fully finished apartments available in two interior design styles. The units will have spacious terraces, balconies, or gardens (depending on the location) and will be equipped with panoramic windows and sliding doors for an unrestricted view. Modern smart building solutions, air conditioning, and underfloor heating will ensure comfort and functionality. The available apartments range from 1 to 4 rooms, with sizes from 25 to 66 square meters.
“The Hel Peninsula is well-known throughout Poland and among foreign tourists. A premium investment in Hel, with sea views from the southeast to the west, is a true real estate gem on a national scale. Residents will be able to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets, which are particularly spectacular on the peninsula,” adds Mikołaj Konopka.
An important ESG aspect is that this is a brownfield investment, meaning it does not significantly impact the natural environment. The degraded lands, previously excluded from general use, will become a prestigious recreational area. The project also includes many eco-friendly solutions, such as extensive cycling infrastructure, charging points for bicycles and electric cars, and carefully designed greenery in common areas. There will also be space for storing tourist and water sports equipment.
The architecture of the buildings is inspired by the distinctive shape of yachts. Rounded forms and white and wooden colours are the main themes, evoking the luxury of sea vessels. Light façades and glass elements will give the buildings a sense of lightness and cohesion with the maritime character. Beautiful shapes naturally evoke associations with large yachts and cruise ships with their characteristic projecting terraces. Distinct horizontal divisions of the floors mimic the decks of ships, and their finishing will make residents feel like they are on a real wooden deck.
“For such products – apartments intended to generate rental income and be a good investment – an excellent location and quality are crucial. The real estate market in Poland is changing significantly. Many investors are currently reassessing the attractiveness of their property portfolios and turning towards top-shelf, dedicated products of indisputable value and resistant to market fluctuations. I am convinced that Marina Hel Apartments is precisely such a product. We have a deep understanding of the atmosphere of this place, allowing us to care for every functional and finishing detail,” comments Mikołaj Konopka.
