New Work, a leading flexible workspace provider operating in the CEE region, started full operation of its third business center in Prague, Rustonka, located in the Karlín district. The business center premises were first introduced to the real estate community in December and now the center has welcomed the first tenants.
Rustonka offers 38 offices with individual capacities ranging from 4 to 11 persons which can accommodate up to 176 people in total on the overall area of 2,200 square meters. Rustonka (and other New Work’s locations as well) can be rented already from 3 months, the move-in is possible practically immediately after the contract signing and the tenant can flexibly scale up or down their used capacity according to their current needs. The meeting facilities are available for them as well.
Rustonka features efficient and interesting design with maximally flexible interiors. Everyone can thus adapt the space to their own business. All standards of the building are focused on comfort at a highly competitive level with impact on ecological and energy efficiency. The Rustonka park is holder of the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold award.
Rustonka is located right in the heart of the Karlín district – an area with fascinating and captivating genius loci. The immediate vicinity of an underground station and tram stops, plus great connection to important arterial roads make this place very easily accessible from all directions and so even more attractive. No wonder that the office space in this area is among the most demanded ones in Prague.
New Work was founded in 2013 in Budapest, Hungary, and today operates in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Romania and Poland. By 2020 the portfolio will consist of 50 locations in 12 cities across five countries. New Work runs currently 3 business centers in Prague – the Coral business center, the Dynamica business center in Waltrovka Park and this newly open Rustonka center.
