Panattoni Europe builds 10,200 sqm in Ożarów Mazowiecki for Selgros – EuropaProperty

Panattoni Europe has launched the construction of a warehouse facility for Selgros. The new 10,200 sqm build-to-own (BTO) investment is going up in Ożarów Mazowiecki. Completion is anticipated in Q3 2015.

In line with the business concept pursued by Selgros, the warehouse will take up 9,000 sqm, with a 1,500 sqm freezer warehouse and 800 sqm cold storage, while office space will take up 1,200 sqm. Project completion is planned for Q3 of 2015.

In fact, we are building an advanced distribution centre which, due to the diversity of the goods stored, including fresh, frozen and even non-food products, and their temperature requirements, will feature warehouse space divided into sections with variable temperature, including cold store and freezer warehouse.”

The centre will boast the proximity to the country’s capital and the major transport routes – it is right next to the national road 92, linking Rzepin with Poznań and Warsaw, and also not far from the European route E30.
