The third building developed in the modern warehouse and industrial park Good Point V has obtained an occupancy permit. Over 14,550 sqm of warehouse and office space in Hall 2 has been handed over to the building’s exclusive tenant, Fulfilio, a company specializing in delivering logistics services for the e-commerce sector and point-of-sale materials. Real Management S.A. is continuing the development of this fully-let project in Łubna, near Warsaw.
Good Point Vis is a warehouse and production park consisting of three buildings with a total space of 30,000 sqm. The warehouse space leased by Fulfilio is being arranged into logistics space (for storage, packing, and B2B and B2C shipments) for the e-commerce sector and comprehensive management of POS materials. The tenant plans to operate its headquarters in the newly leased facility. The fit-out phase of the office area has been completed to a high standard, to serve as the company’s representative space.
“We are thrilled to hand over the third building in the Good Point V project to our tenants,” said Arkadiusz Płociński, Vice-president of Real Management S.A. “It is a moment that symbolically encapsulates the hard work of our team and partners over the past few years. Thanks to excellent cooperation with Bremer, the general contractor of Good Point V, all the work was carried out on schedule, with the final results delivered several weeks early. I am confident that the space of the new hall will foster further growth of Fulfilio’s business and that the tenant’s employees will appreciate the quality of the space and make the most of it. We are also keeping pace with the industrial sector. Very soon we hope to launch a new development project under the Good Point brand in Karczew. We will also continue our efforts in developing the warehouse and production park in Łubna.”
The Good Point V complex was designed with ESG principles in mind and meets the highest quality and safety standards. Real Management S.A. is also developing a Green Standard for Warehouse Buildings to complement the company’s ESG strategy. Two buildings developed in the first stage of the Good Point V project (Hall 1 and Hall 4) have already been awarded the BREEAM International New Construction V6 Certificate at the Excellent level. The certification procedure for Hall 2, which has just been granted an occupancy permit, is now underway.
