REDPORT and Mobexpert launch VITALITY EST in Bucharest

Residential developer REDPORT, together with businessman DAN ȘUCU, founder and shareholder of Mobexpert Group, announced the launch of VITALITY EST. The new residential project will be developed in the Pantelimon area of Bucharest, on a plot of approximately 27,000 sqm.

Located next to Pantelimon Park and Lake, VITALITY EST represents an investment of €50 million. On the 46,400 sqm of total buildable area, there will be more than 500 modern apartments, along with approximately 400 sqm of commercial space, designed to provide residents with access to all the amenities necessary for a balanced lifestyle.

VITALITY EAST will be realized in three phases, and the first phase is scheduled to start in the coming weeks, with a completion date of 2026. The next two phases are scheduled for delivery in 2027 and 2028, respectively.
