Regus expands in Poznań – EuropaProperty

Regus, one of the leading international providers of fully serviced and complex office space solutions, “tailored” office spaces and virtual offices, will launch its second location in Poznań. This time the global giant has selected an office building developed at 6 Aleja Niepodległości Street, where it has leased over 1,000 sqm of space. Experts from JLL advised Regus on selecting the office location and preparing the company’s long-term lease strategy.

“The launch of Regus’ second centre in Poznań confirms that the city remains an attractive business location. Poznań is well-recognized amongst national specialists and is highly favored by foreigners, who associate their professional future with the city. The new centre will be available for representatives of start-ups, small and medium companies as well as freelancers and large organizations,” explained Edyta Pietranis, Senior Consultant, Tenant Representation Department at JLL.

The office building is one of the most recognizable buildings in Poznań. It is situated in an excellent, central location in close proximity to the Poznań University of Economics and Business, the Poznań Główny train station. Because the building is in the vicinity of the popular Stary Browar, one can go shopping, catch a movie or have a coffee with friends during or after office hours.
