Yareal Expands Housing Offerings in Bemowo

Yareal has expanded the selection of apartments available in its NEOWO development in Warsaw’s Bemowo district, just 200 meters from the future Chrzanów station on the second metro line. Construction has started on three new buildings and will offer 271 additional apartments. The Bemowo project is a sustainable residential development with a recognized BREEAM green building certification.

The sustainable nature of the project, along with the use of eco-friendly solutions such as recycled wind turbine blades and photovoltaic panel installations, has earned NEOWO a BREEAM green certification. For years, all of the developer’s new estates have consistently received BREEAM certifications, rated either “Good” or “Very Good.”
