For two years, there has been a noticeable increase in interest in luxury apartments in ZŁOTA 44, which recorded a dynamic increase in sales at that time. Currently, only nine apartments remain on the primary market in the development. Customers wishing to purchase this type of property must hurry. Several buyers are vying for the same apartments, even though the developer refrained from lowering their price.
“Buyers have accepted the prices we set and we intend to sell these final apartments without any changes in our pricing policy. ZŁOTA 44 is a unique residential and investment offer in the European Union, and buyers are fully aware of it. The apartment building offers spectacular views and unique amenities even in Europe, ”says Clemens Lehr, Head of AMSTAR Europe.
According to experts, the purchase of luxury real estate is a safe and profitable investment alternative. One of the nine offered apartments of the building is the unique apartment 504. The large area of 480 sqm, a spectacular eastern exposure and the high, 50th floor suggest that this luxurious space is an absolute top among the proposals currently available, even on the European residential market.
“The purchase of an apartment on the ZŁOTA 44 primary market may prove to be good security for capital in times of rising inflation. It is worth noting that along with the decreasing offer of ZŁOTA 44, the entire primary market in the luxury real estate segment is shrinking. This is the result of a high level of sales and a small number of new investments of this type,” says Michał Skotnicki, President of the Management Board of BBI Development SA.
ZŁOTA 44 is the flagship of the Polish luxury real estate market. The apartment building offers spectacular views and amenities that cannot be found anywhere else in Europe. It boasts a 1,800 sqm common area with an impressive 25-metre swimming pool and a 400 sqm terrace. There is a year-round jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room, massage room and fully equipped gym, as well as a cinema with a golf simulator. The business area comes complete with a VIP lounge and conference rooms. Residents can make use of a wine cellar for a fee and there is a playroom for children. The air in the apartments is filtered through a special HVAC heating, ventilation and air conditioning system. Its central units are equipped with special dust filters, and more advanced solutions are to be found only in scientific laboratories and hospital operating theatres. The apartment building also has its own treatment plant, through which its water supply is filtered and treated.
The investors in the ZŁOTA 44 apartment building are an investment fund managed by AMSTAR that acquires, develops and manages real estate on selected markets in Europe, the USA and other countries around the world; as well as the real estate developer BBI Development SA, which is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
