Kuehne + Nagel takes 56,000 sqm at P3 Piotrków park in Poland – EuropaProperty

P3 continues its strong growth with a new 61,000 sqm building at P3 Piotrków park in central Poland. Its main tenant will be Kuehne + Nagel, which will occupy 56,000 sqm of space.

Since the start of the year, in keeping with its strategy, P3 has started construction work at each of its parks in Poland.

The latest logistics facility is specifically designed for Kuehne + Nagel. It will be fitted with almost 6,000 sqm of chillers and refrigeration systems, and will include a high bay warehouse, order-picking warehouse and a cosmetics warehouse, with all operations being housed under one roof. The structure will have a host of energy-saving solutions including LED lighting as well as PIR composite wall and roof panels. The facility is scheduled for completion in January 2018.

The choice of P3 Piotrków park was logical as it sits at the geographical centre of Poland and is an important nexus for the main national highways, allowing for smooth and efficient storage and distribution operations.”

P3 Piotrków park comprises 90,105 sqm of existing warehouse space and land allowing the construction of an additional 400,000 sqm. The park’s central Poland location guarantees optimal conditions for distribution on a national and international scale.
