NREP to develop PRS project in Warsaw

Greenberg Traurig advised Nrep, investing through the NSF V fund, on a transaction involving the acquisition of a plot of land in the Bielany district of Warsaw and the negotiation of a development agreement with White Stone Development for the construction of a modern building with more than 480 rental units and approximately 400 sqm of commercial space.

The Greenberg Traurig team was co-led by Associate Paulina Walczewska and Counsel Adam Narloch, who were supported by Igor Jędrys. The due diligence team included Senior Associate Filip Widuch and Associates: Bruno Jasic and Maciej Smaczyński.

Deputy Managing Partner Radomił Charzyński provided strategic advice and supervised all work on the transaction.
