Paweł Sapek made RICS Fellow – EuropaProperty

Founded in 1868 in London, the Royal Institution of Chatered Surveyors (RICS) is a prestigious global body for the promotion and enforcement of the highest international standards in the real estate and construction industry. By associating experts from around the world, RICS guarantees the continued development of their professional qualifications, ensuring ongoing compliance with the highest ethical standards. RICS Poland was established in 1991.

Being named RICS Fellow not only distinguishes Paweł Sapek for his professionalism, but it is also a confirmation of his outstanding individual achievements. FRICS is an international measure of excellence, afforded only to those real estate leaders who make a particular contribution to the development of the sector.

Paweł Sapek has over 23 years of experience in real estate and construction. He joined Prologis in 2015 and as senior vice president and country manager for Poland, he oversees the company’s investment and operating activities across the country and is responsible for the entire portfolio.

He graduated in marketing and management from the University of Economics in Katowice and holds a postgraduate diploma in logistics management from the Warsaw School of Economics.
