STILL signs up for Panattoni Park Poznań VII – EuropaProperty

STILL, a leading provider of warehouse handling equipment has become a new tenant at Panattoni Park Poznań VII and leased 6,654 sqm of warehouse and office space. The tenant was represented in the transaction by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.

“STILL was looking for warehouse space with a large office facility and Panattoni’s new project is a perfect match for their requirement,” said Urszula Duval Rasmussen, Senior Negotiator from the Industrial and Logistics Agency of Cushman & Wakefield, who advised on the transaction.

Panattoni Park Poznań VII is a modern distribution complex located in Koninko, 12 km from Poznań’s city centre, along the S11 expressway – 800 m in a straight line from the interchange of the A1 motorway and E30 and S11 roads. Once fully built out, the park will consist of five buildings providing a total of nearly 130,000 sq m and offering high-tech solutions, functionality and flexibility in module arrangement.
