Kulczyk Silverstein Properties has instructed Savills to lease office space in Ethos, high-class office and retail complex located at the bustling Three Crosses Square in Warsaw. The building will be extended and will undergo intensive revitalisation supervised by Maas Projekt and Chapman Taylor Warsaw office.
Upon completion, Ethos will feature over 16,000 sqm of Class A office space and modern retail space. The building will offer two separate representative reception lobbies serviced by 4 high-speed lifts each. Typical office floor plate of 3,000 sqm will be one of the largest floor plates in the city centre of Warsaw.
